1 Hour Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 tsp Rapid Rise Yeast 7 grams
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Water warm, but not hot
  • 2 cups Bread Flour add 2 TB for handling if desired!

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F / 220 C.
  • Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Set on the stovetop and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • After letting it sit, add the bread flour and salt and mix to combine.
  • Knead the dough in the bowl for 5 minutes. It will be kind of sticky!
  • Return the bowl to the stovetop and let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  • Spread the dough on a greased pizza pan.
  • Bake the dough at 425F for 5 minutes before adding any toppings.
