Healthy and Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Dill dried
  • 1 tbsp Mayo

Instructions

  • Add the eggs to a small pot of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, let the eggs cook for 10 minutes.
  • While the eggs are cooking, dice the cucumber.
  • Slice the green onions.
  • After boiling and cooling down the eggs, peel and roughly chop them.
  • Combine the eggs, cucumber, green onion, mayo, and seasonings in a bowl and mix.
  • Enjoy immediately or cool for 1 hour and enjoy!
