Healthy and Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Dill dried
  • 1 tbsp Mayo

Method
 

  1. Add the eggs to a small pot of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, let the eggs cook for 10 minutes.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, dice the cucumber.
  3. Slice the green onions.
  4. After boiling and cooling down the eggs, peel and roughly chop them.
  5. Combine the eggs, cucumber, green onion, mayo, and seasonings in a bowl and mix.
  6. Enjoy immediately or cool for 1 hour and enjoy!
