Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs large
  • To taste Seasoning Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper freshly cracked
  • Vegetable Oil to grease the ramekins!

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F / 220 C.
  • Grease each ramekin with a little vegetable oil.
  • Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.
  • Top with seasoning salt and freshly cracked black pepper, as desired.
  • Bake at 425 F / 220 C for 15 minutes. Increase to 20 minutes if needed.
