Method
- Preheat the oven to 425 F / 220 C.
- Grease each ramekin with a little vegetable oil.
- Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.
- Top with seasoning salt and freshly cracked black pepper, as desired.
- Bake at 425 F / 220 C for 15 minutes. Increase to 20 minutes if needed.
