Ramekin Baked Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs large
  • To taste Seasoning Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper freshly cracked
  • Vegetable Oil to grease the ramekins!

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F / 220 C.
  2. Grease each ramekin with a little vegetable oil.
  3. Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.
  4. Top with seasoning salt and freshly cracked black pepper, as desired.
  5. Bake at 425 F / 220 C for 15 minutes. Increase to 20 minutes if needed.
  6. Enjoy!
